This will prompt you to enter information and have your login emailed to you. Your renewal User ID and password are also on your renewal notice. Please be advised that a late fee will be effective 12:00am July 1, 2014.
South Carolina Real Estate Licensees with a June 30, 2014 expiration date may now renew their licenses. We encourage all licensees to please renew online. The exception will be individuals who are required to report disciplinary action, criminal convictions or pending criminal charges and will need to submit a paper form with additional documentation. EFFECTIVE 8/1/13: NEW South Carolina Residential Property Condition Disclosure Statement
NEW South Carolina Residential Property Condition Disclosure Statement (Effective August 1, 2013): At the June 12, 2013 meeting of the South Carolina Real Estate Commission, a new South Carolina Residential Property Condition Disclosure Statement and Addendum was approved. The new form will go into effect on August 1, 2013 for any new listings, or any listings renewed after the effective date. A message to all licensees has been issued on behalf of the Commission regarding implementation of the new form which can be read below.
